We are looking for a skilled Client Servicing Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of SEO, social media, and paid media advertising. This role requires expertise in managing client relationships, overseeing digital campaigns, and driving client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Multi-Account Management:

Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and achieve client objectives.

Client Retention & Growth:

Utilize advanced SEO and social media management techniques to enhance client engagement. Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion and revenue growth.

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns. Manage workflows, set clear timelines, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of deliverables.

Paid Media Advertising:

Design and execute ROI-focused paid media campaigns across various platforms. Optimize campaign performance, monitor metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.

People Development:

Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to team members. Foster a collaborative work environment, support professional development, and ensure high team performance.

Analytical Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions. Use data-driven insights to enhance client strategies and achieve objectives.

Client Services: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive problem resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests.

Business Acumen & Negotiation: Leverage strong business acumen and negotiation skills to manage client expectations, handle contract discussions, and drive successful outcomes. Develop and implement strategies that align with clients’ business goals and objectives.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in digital marketing or client services, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful digital campaigns.

Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and paid media. Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently. Experience in analyzing campaign performance and presenting insights to clients.
