Job Description:
As a Client Servicing and Sales Development Executive at Growleads.io, you’ll play a vital role in both maintaining strong client relationships and driving new business growth. This dual-focused role will have you engaging with clients to understand and meet their needs, while also identifying and generating new sales opportunities through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions that drive success.
Sales Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities including cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning Growleads.io as the solution.
Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations with potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services, and setting up meetings with sales executives.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to better position our services and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies, improve processes, and drive overall performance.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, sales development, or a similar role within a marketing agency or IT/Software company. Experience in SaaS sales or lead generation through LinkedIn is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage potential customers and build lasting relationships.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a dynamic team environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to take calls during night hours to accommodate global clients.
