Job Description

Eallisto Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations across our construction and solar divisions in Calicut. The role demands technical expertise, operational efficiency, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure successful project execution and smooth organizational workflow.


Key Responsibilities

Supervise all operations related to construction and solar projects.

Plan and monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Purchase, Accounts, and HR departments.

Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.

Maintain project documentation and generate regular operational reports for senior management.

Ensure all statutory and company policy compliances are met at project sites.

Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and build trust.

Lead project review meetings and mentor site teams for productivity and accountability.


Candidate Requirements

M.Tech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

At least 5 years of experience in operations or project management.

Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Prior experience in the construction or solar energy sector preferred.
