Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's payment aggregation solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored payment solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants for the company's payment gateway and allied digital payment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and resellers to drive long-term business growth.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and transaction volume.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

Present product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to merchants.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, onboarding, compliance, and technology) to ensure seamless merchant activation and support.

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

Participate in promotional events, networking sessions, and industry conferences to build brand awareness.

Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of digital payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, or payment gateway industry.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand client business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
