Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, target, and secure new B2B and B2C clients to expand market share.
Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Explore new industry verticals and partnership opportunities in the legal tech space.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Create tailored sales campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management
Build, manage, and optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
Track conversion rates at each stage of the funnel and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear performance goals and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and professional development.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with marketing to design campaigns that support sales objectives.
Partner with product and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
Share client feedback and insights to help shape product development.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze KPIs to measure sales effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports for leadership on revenue performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in sales, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and client lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
A self-motivated leader with a passion for driving growth in the legal tech space.
