reaching outUnderstanding prospect's needs and requirementsRouting qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureFocus client acquisition: contact and follow-upMeet monthly targets of Marketing Qualified & Sales Qualified leadsDeveloping prospects and client profiling: networking and connecting with industry contacts, identifying major decision-makers and establishing relationshipsMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryPerform effective online demos for prospects
Qualifications4+ years of Inside sales experience for IT/SaaS/HR products B2B salesProven inside sales experienceTrack record of achieving targetsConversation starter and comfortable callingProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
