We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients via cold emails, cold calls, and direct messaging (DM) to present our products/services and close sales to drive business growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a knack for convincing people, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
This is going to be a hustler's Job doing anything & everything to aquire new clients for our saas product.
- Conduct outbound calls, send cold emails, and direct messages (DM) to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update an accurate record of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and competitive trends.
- Salary: In hand upto 35k as per experience , High lucrative incentives on per closure basis .
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Exp max Up to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
