  • Maintain and update an accurate record of all client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and competitive trends.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Exp max Up to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
