Partner Client Relations

A critical role that involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients, including corporate, SMEs, banks, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing portfolios, and providing market updates and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition and Portfolio Management:
- To identify and acquire new institutional clients through referrals, networking, and other channels.
- To manage client relationships, ensuring regular communication and meeting targets.
- To work with the research team to provide in-depth portfolio reviews and joint calls with clients.
- To maintain sales volumes and achieve targeted revenue from all customers and products.
- To share regular market updates with clients and provide tailored investment solutions.
- To maintain projected fee income at budgeted numbers and implement cross-selling initiatives.
- To adhere to ethical and fair selling practices.
- To ensure timely availability of research materials and inputs to clients.
- To address client grievances and ensure their promises are kept.
- To be aware of critical policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- To facilitate risk and review processes by monitoring client profiles and documenting proposals and KYC procedures.
- To coordinate with CSM and market intermediaries for smooth transactions and operations.
- To track competitor moves and products, marketing initiatives, and report to management, product, and research teams.
- To attend internal and external training programs and certifications to enhance skills in financial sales services.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in wealth-related profiles.
- Experience in managing Ultra HNI customers.
- Thorough knowledge of Equity & Debt Markets.
- Able to manage a book of at least Rs. 50 CR to 100 CR of MF + PMS AUM.
- At least 5 years of experience in the current or previous organization.
