Role Overview

The Purchase Executive will manage vendor sourcing, procurement, and timely supply of automotive spare parts and accessories. The role requires strong negotiation skills, vendor relationship management, and a keen eye for market trends to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers for automotive parts and materials.


• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.


• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.


• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.


• Monitor supplier performance, resolve supply issues, and ensure timely deliveries.


• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and vendor agreements.


• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-effective materials.


• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.


• Generate regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

Candidate Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.


• Minimum 1 years of experience in purchasing/procurement (automotive industry preferred).


• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).


• Knowledge of automotive spare parts and supply chain operations will be an advantage.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a team within fast-paced environments.
