The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare and review purchase contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Resolve any disputes or issues that arise with suppliers.
- **Cost Management**:

- Monitor market trends to identify changes in cost structures.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
- Analyze procurement costs and develop strategies to optimize spending.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained within set limits.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage deliveries and stock movements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on purchase activities, supplier performance, and market trends.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with audit requirements.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure the procurement process is efficient and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [specific industry].
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPP, CPM, or similar).

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role with occasional travel to suppliers and vendors.
- Standard working hours, with some flexibility required to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
