Role & Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer insights strategyaligned with overall brand and marketing goalsPartner with brand heads to translate brand objectives into relevant research questionsand methodologies and tailor insights to inform marketing campaign development and optimizationLead & execute independent research charters or partner with agencies to help businessteams with consumer intelligence-led, data driven decision makingRecommend actionable insights and strategies based on consumer research findings toinform brand development, marketing campaigns, and product innovationMine insights & map trends in terms of consumer attitudes, preferences, lifestyles, andbehavior to help sharpen consumer understanding pertaining to our brandsManage & execute NPS, customer pulse surveys and immersions first-hand across differentcustomer profilesAnalyse qualitative and quantitative consumer data to identify key trends, unmet needs,and opportunities for brand growthPartner closely with marketing leadership team and other internal stakeholders to helplaunch new products, features and servicesTrack and measure the impact of consumer insights on marketing campaign performanceand brand metricsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external research partnersStay abreast of the latest consumer research methodologies and tools to ensure the utilization of cutting-edge approaches
Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in MR agency followed with a client-side as well as a research user experience andled large scale research projects (Qual & Quant).Experience in understanding methodologies around exploratory research, statistical analysistechniques, data interpretation, user lifecycles and a general understanding of entire research partner ecosystem, working with a broad set of stakeholders.Experience in utilizing market research tools, software, and platforms to gather and analyze data effectively.Ability to independently execute research requirements, set the objective, scoping & dissemination with leadership within defined timelines and budgets.A passion for consumer insights and a deep understanding of consumer behaviorAbility to leverage technology and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret marketresearch data effectivelyStrong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings andinsights to senior management and cross functional teams.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiativeSelf-motivated and results-orientation with a strong work ethic
