Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our onboarding, benefits administration, and HR technology implementation processes. This role offers hands-on experience in key HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.- Prepare and manage onboarding schedules, documentation, and welcome kits.- Facilitate orientation sessions and provide guidance to new employees.
1. Benefits Administration:
- Assist in communicating employee benefits programs and addressing queries.- Support enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of benefits.
1. HR Technology Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of HR technology solutions.- Draw Process flow notes on New Tech implementation Project.- Test system functionalities, provide feedback, and ensure data accuracy.- Train employees on new HR tools and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in HR technologies.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
