Job Summary

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the beverages industry and a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform business decisions and product development.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on all sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand management and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and equity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8-10 years of proven experience
    in a senior Sales & Marketing role, specifically within the
    beverages sector
    .
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Immediate availability
    is highly preferred.
