Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for a Continent Head. The Continent Head will oversee operations, sales, and strategy implementation across CSA countries within the designated continent. Day-to-day tasks include managing Network building, establishing business goals, creating and executing market strategies, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role is key to driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills, with experience in leading diverse teams
• Strong Business Strategy and Market Analysis skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Sales and Marketing expertise
• Experience in the agricultural machinery sector is preferable
• Proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in the continent are a plus
• Ability to travel extensively across the continent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field; MBA preferred
