Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilot Counsellor at High Aero Academy, located in Delhi, India. The Pilot Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling services to aspiring pilots, developing and implementing training programs, and conducting regular assessments of student progress. The role will also involve conducting career counseling sessions, creating personalized development plans for students, and coordinating with faculty and industry professionals to ensure comprehensive training and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of aviation training programs and industry standards
  • Proven experience in career counseling and student mentorship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs and assessments
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Counseling, Education, or related field
