**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and their families about aviation courses and career paths.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and presentations in schools, colleges, education fairs, and seminars.
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Maintain and update student databases and track leads through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for promotional activities.
- Achieve enrollment targets as assigned by the admissions department.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Aviation, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (experience in aviation Sector ).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and aviation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
