**Job description**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents regarding course offerings, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about the institute, pilot training programs, fee structures, DGCA regulations, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads generated through various sources (walk-ins, online inquiries, etc.) and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel-based systems.
- Support the admissions team during entrance test coordination, document verification, and orientation sessions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in Marketing, HR, or a related field (completed 3-4 years ago).
- 3-5 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably in aviation, education, or training sectors.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
