Job Title: Admission Counselor
Location: Delhi
Salary : 20000 - 35000/ Month
Incentives : Up to 1,50,000 / Month

*Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound/Outbound Telecaller at Pilot Training Academy - Top Crew Aviation located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students with inquiries about pilot training programs and services. The role includes providing information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
**Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple phone calls efficiently
Experience in a telecalling or customer service role preferred
Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus
Proficiency in languages like English and Hindi
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do:
Guide Students: Chat with students, helping them figure out their courses (Commercial Pilot, Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Staff etc) and create plans that work for them.
Support Admissions: Team up with admissions to give info and advice to new students about our courses and what to expect.
Keep Students on Track: Keep an eye on how students are doing and jump in if they need some extra support or guidance.
Connect Students with Resources: Make sure students know about all the cool resources we have, like tutoring, classes, training modules and workshops.
Help with Careers: Give a hand in shaping careers by providing advice on jobs, internships, and all things career-related in the aviation world.
Keep Things Organized: Keep track of student and leads on CRM so we can make things even better.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
