The role is remote (Delhi NCR–based) with occasional travel for school promotion activities, events, and parent meetings. Responsibilities include high-volume calling, lead nurturing, explaining school offerings, scheduling campus visits, coordinating with the admissions team, and maintaining accurate records on CRM/Google Sheets.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (any discipline); B.Ed. is a plus but not mandatory2-4 years of experience in admissions counselling / Ed-tech / telesales (school admissions preferred)Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent in English & HindiComfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calling and structured follow-upsProficiency in Google Sheets / Excel / CRM and WhatsApp/email communicationStrong organisation, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approachWillingness to travel occasionally within Delhi NCR for events and meetings (transportation will be provided)Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR.
