Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills for performance analysis and strategic planning
  • Expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
