  • Product Strategy & Vision:Define the long-term vision and strategy for a product or product line.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:Oversee the entire product life cycle from concept and development to launch and post-campaign reporting or optimization.
  • Roadmap Ownership:Own and implement the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Market & Customer Insight:Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Metrics & Analytics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product performance and ROI.
  • Customer Advocacy:Act as the voice of the customer, identifying their needs and resolving issues.

  • Experience:Proven experience in product management, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches and growth.
  • Technical Skills:Understanding of relevant technologies and data structures, depending on the product focus (e.g., AI/ML, HCM, or AdTech).
  • Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and perform ROI assessments.
  • Communication & Leadership:Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and manage stakeholders across all levels.
