Position Summary:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic, global team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, excels in UX/UI design, and has experience in the iGaming sector, with a focus on casino and poker. You will be responsible for leading projects from ideation to completion, conducting user research, and continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead Product Design: Oversee the entire design lifecycle of digital products, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
  • User-Centered Research: Conduct thorough UX/UI research and justify design decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Design Solutions: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes, sketches, wireframes, and storyboards to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Design Systems: Develop and manage design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and internal teams to implement designs, ensuring clear documentation and asset delivery.
  • Iterate and Improve: Analyze user feedback and product performance, and implement iterative improvements.
  • iGaming Expertise: Contribute to the creation and enhancement of features tailored for poker, casino, and betting experiences, driving user engagement and monetization.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them strategically.

Qualifications and Skills:-

Required:

  • Proven experience leading UX/UI projects in the iGaming sector (poker, casino, betting is a plus).
  • Expertise in Figma and strong knowledge of design system principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and thrive in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and iterative design processes.
  • Experience in analyzing user behavior and implementing data-driven improvements.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of poker gameplay and strategies.
  • Optional: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design tools like Adobe After Effect
  • An online portfolio showcasing a variety of UX/UI projects with measurable outcomes.
