This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR data management, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR data-related projects, contributing to the development of efficient data management practices within the organization.What You Will Do:Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems.Support data collection, validation, and entry processes.Assist in generating HR reports, metrics, and analytics.Collaborate with HR team members to analyse data and identify trends or insights.Contribute to the improvement of data quality and integrity.Assist in ad-hoc HR data-related projects as required.Support in creating visualizations and dashboards to present insights from data.Contribute to the documentation of analysis methodologies and findings.What You Will Need:Basics:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsFamiliarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred:Previous HR or Data Analytics internship or project experienceWorking experience in a global teamWhat We Offer:Real career opportunities.Working in an environment with people from different engineering backgrounds.A fun and friendly team in a nice work environmentGood remuneration according to your level.And a great opportunity to grow your career in a strong international software company.We are a Great Place to work certificated companyHow You Will Be Successful:Envision the FutureCommunicate Honestly and BroadlySeek Technology and Business “Firsts”Embrace Diversity and Take RisksWhy Work With Us:Altair is a global technology company providing software and cloud solutions in the areas of data analytics, product development and high performance computing (HPC).
