As an HR Admin, you’ll be part of an IS team that is responsible for SuccessFactors system configuration (customer side). you’ll also take the lead in some of the system modules and be responsible for enhancements and new implementations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on leading the design, development, and execution of LMS and RCM solutions, working with external vendors and consultants to meet and manage timelines of the implementation
- Serve as a focal point for system support (T2) for all system modules, including end user troubleshooting with issues related to business processes, RBP and reporting
- Collaborate with everyone, but especially with Training, Recruiting, HR managers and identify needs and functionalities to improve HR systems/tools.

**Requirements**:

- Previous knowledge and operation of SuccessFactors (2-4 years’ experience)
- Project management proven experience

- Experience with gathering requirements for HR processes
- Strong analytical skills, reporting and BI tools
- Experience with MS Office tools (incl. advanced functions in Excel)
- Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
- Team player, proactive and customer

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Preferably a Technical Degree or relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Self-learning ability
