Company Description: AIMIL Animal Health is one of India’s leading veterinary healthcare divisions, combining the power of Ayurveda with modern science to promote holistic wellness for Pets, Cattle, and Poultry .We’re expanding our footprint in Karnataka and are looking for dynamic, passionate, and self-driven professionals to join our growing Sales Team .Open Positions: VSE (Veterinary Sales Executive) – Freshers can also applyABM (Area Business Manager) – 1–3 years of experienceRBM (Regional Business Manager) – 4–7 years of experienceZBM (Zonal Business Manager) – 8+ years of experienceLocation: Karnataka (Multiple locations across the state)Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales in assigned territory/division (Pet, Cattle & Poultry).Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and retailers.Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conduct field visits, product promotions, and market development activities.Identify growth opportunities and provide market feedback to management.Lead and support team members (for managerial roles – ABM, RBM, ZBM).Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company policies.Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Zoology, Animal Science, Agriculture) or any graduate with sales experience.Experience in veterinary / animal health/pharma / FMCG sales preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about animal health and wellness.Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Supportive work environment with a purpose-driven mission.Exposure to innovative Ayurvedic veterinary healthcare solutions.How to Apply: Send your updated CV to : AIMIL Animal Health — Where Nature Heals, Animals Thrive.
