Role Description

We have open position for a Sales Engineer based at Bhubaneswar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing after-sales technical support to Dealers and Customers. He will also be responsible for Replacement Sales, delivering on the Company's assigned revenue and profit targets. Responsibilities would include Demand Generation Activities like promotional meetings and events, influencer meetings and Dealer network events. The role would evolve for deserving candidates to developing after-sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.


Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
  • Partner with the sales team to generate leads
  • Find and maintain prospective clients
  • Provide general technical support to customers and Dealer network


Compensation is NOT a constraint for deserving candidates


Desired Educational Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering


Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical capability in Home/Kitchen Appliances
  • Customer Relationship Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned targets
  • 1-3 years experience is ideal; experience in water purifiers is a plus
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
