Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding sales of our fire and safety products. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives for fire and safety products.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship-building with potential dealers and distributors.
Manage and expand our network of dealers and distributors offline, ensuring adequate market coverage and penetration.
Train and support dealers and distributors on our product range, features, and benefits to enhance their sales capabilities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies that support sales efforts.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and brand.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets in the fire and safety industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of dealer and distributor management, with the ability to establish and maintain productive partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers, distributors, and attend industry events.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
