Role Description

We are hiring
Business Interns
to support the smooth functioning of HopeQure's healthcare ecosystem.

As an Operations Intern, you will:

  • Assist with
    day-to-day operational, business or sales tasks
    across business functions.
  • Support
    project management activities
    by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contribute to
    data analysis and process optimization
    for efficiency improvements.
  • Provide operational support to
    sales and marketing initiatives
    .
  • Help streamline
    communication channels
    between teams and clients.
  • Participate in
    report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks
    .
  • Ensure smooth execution of
    service delivery and customer support processes
    .

Successful interns may be offered
full-time job opportunities
after completion of the internship, based on performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Good understanding of
    operations, sales, or project management
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Organizational skills
    and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to
    work independently and collaboratively
    in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of
    CRM tools or project management software
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement:
    Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in
    Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields
    .
  • Prior
    internship or work experience
    in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
