Job Description :


I . Summary :

- Assessing existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements

- Predicting and overseeing infrastructure or software upgrades based on business needs

- Technical direction of new system implementations

- Creating detailed project plans for new system designs and roll outs

- Analyze infrastructure solutions

- Provide infrastructure analysis services

- Recommending infrastructure designs and strategies that will improve service, lower costs, and prevent unforeseen operational issues.

- Deploy solution architectures that promote a clear, consistent business vision

- Conceptualization, planning, design and development, investment, contract management, policies and regulations

II. Additional Information :

(a) Responsibilities :


- Architect, Design, build and maintain efficient, technologically superior and reliable infrastructure comprising of servers, database, middleware, software etc to ensure the best possible performance of applications.

- Prepare estimates for a given high level/low-level requirements, create and present technical proposals to customers and stakeholders.

- Identify, explore and build POCs for ideas and present them effectively to customers and stakeholders.

- Explore emerging technologies, be familiar with new technology areas, and quickly ramp up technology and processes to meet objectives.

- Monitor and analyse infrastructure behaviour, Performance as per SOW

- Mantain Hardware inventory of the given infrastructure

III Requirements :

(a) Education : BE./ B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Sc (Computer Science)

(b) Experience : Mandatory - 7-10 Years of experience in relevant area

- Experience in Data Center with specific hands-on experience in managing servers, storage infra, power, and other components is desirable.

(c) Certifications : Any one mandatory AIX/Linux Certification, Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)

Any other equivalent certifications :

MCSD :


- Azure Solutions Architect

- AWS Certified Solution Architect

(d) Knowledge :

Mandatory :


- Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with tools such as Terraform, APT etc

- Solid foundation of AIX, Linux administration and related Networking with peripheral devices like storage, monitoring tools, SAN switches etc

- Experience with GitHub, Jenkins etc and deploying applications on Private and in-prem Cloud.

(e)Technical Skills :


- Proficiency on Shell scripting is mandatory

- Oracle/SQL, Unix Scripts, AIX/Linux Hands-on, Jenkins

- Datacenter experience
