Python Team Lead

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Python Developer Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with Python development, and a proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver high-quality software solutions. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scop

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Python developers, front-end engineers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and team success.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, helping to resolve complex technical challengesCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and prioritiesMonitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate themCommunicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Full stack technologies such as Python, Django, MySQL, AWS, Azure Cloud, etcMust have good hands-on experience in advanced concepts of Django, Flask, DRF, MySQL, DBMS, etcStrong understanding of SaaS application architectures, microservices, monolithic, and REST APIs.Experienced in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, etc, and experience in ReactJS, which is a plus.Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerised Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, etcGood experience in different Cloud services in AWS and Azure, etc, for Deployments, Storage, etcStrong knowledge of coding standards and non-functional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application.Having experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and other PMO activities for project management.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellenceNice to have: Experience building SaaS products
