Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Python developers, front-end engineers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure individual and team success.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, helping to resolve complex technical challenges

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 8+ years of relevant experience in Full stack technologies such as Python, Django, MySQL, AWS, Azure Cloud, etc

Must have good hands-on experience in advanced concepts of Django, Flask, DRF, MySQL, DBMS, etc

Strong understanding of SaaS application architectures, microservices, monolithic, and REST APIs.

Experienced in front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, etc, and experience in ReactJS, which is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerised Deployments, CI/CD pipelines, etc

Good experience in different Cloud services in AWS and Azure, etc, for Deployments, Storage, etc

Strong knowledge of coding standards and non-functional aspects such as Security & Performance for any application.

Having experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and other PMO activities for project management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a focus on technical excellence

Nice to have: Experience building SaaS products
