Prepare detailed technical proposals, including design calculations, equipment selection, and system layout. Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors. Develop commercial proposals that include pricing, payment terms, and project timelines. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for proposal preparation. Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements. Present technical proposals to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of the proposed solutions. Ensure all proposals comply with industry standards, company policies, and client specifications. Maintain accurate records of all proposals, including technical and commercial documents. Update proposal templates and databases with relevant information and improvements. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements. Continuously refine proposal strategies to improve competitiveness in the market. Technical Skills Required: RO/UF Software knowledge Preferred PPT / Excel Sheet working E-tender/Govt. portal for tendering - Preferred Vendor Negotiation / Data bank working Behavioral Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines of bid submission/ Tender bidding Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
