Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Water Treatment Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for preparing and managing proposals for water and wastewater treatment solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility, and developing cost-effective bids. They will engage in client interactions to understand requirements, manage accounts during the proposal phase, and ensure adherence to quality standards while meeting deadlines. The role also involves reviewing technical specifications and staying updated on industry trends to tailor competitive solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Water Treatment, Water Supply, and Wastewater Treatment
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships during the proposal lifecycle
  • Strong skills in Operations Management to coordinate internal processes and resource allocation for proposals
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in project costing, and technical documentation is advantageous
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the water treatment industry or similar domains is highly favorable
