Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and generating revenue in the UK and USA markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the BPO and IT industries, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will be pivotal in expanding the company’s market presence and contributing to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Business Development:
  • Identify and research potential clients in the United Kingdom and United States markets.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the BPO and IT sectors.
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and proposals to secure new business.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  1. Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and financial goals.
  1. Collaboration and Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies for the UK and USA markets.
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, and financial outcomes.
  • Analyze market data and financial trends to optimize business development efforts and achieve growth objectives.
  1. Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and address challenges in the sales process or client relationships.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance business development efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development with a focus on meeting and exceeding financial targets .
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology (IT) industries.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the business landscapes of both the United Kingdom and the United States .
  • Skills:
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills , capable of navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Ability: Capable of analyzing financial data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other business development tools.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , Sales , or a related field is preferred, however if you have relevant, merits, knowledge and experience you can apply.
  • Availability: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities in the UK and USA .
