Manager - Business Development - IT

Business Development Manager skills and experience are we looking for?
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct sales (international) experience in the software industry, with a focus on web development projects. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI/ML, robotics, mobile application and software development technologies. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Proven experience in crafting compelling proposals and RFP responses that drive successful outcomes.
- C-Level Communication: Extensive experience in communicating with and influencing international C-level executives. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Lead Generation: Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital tools for lead generation and sales outreach. Experience in executing digital marketing strategies to support sales goals. (ref:iimjobs.com)
