Position Overview:
As an Area Business Manager for the Ortho Segment in our Regenerative
Business division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth within your assigned territory. You will focus on building partnerships and
generating business from Ortho, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, and other key opinion leaders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven track record of success in sales within the Orthopedic or aesthetics industry.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the Ortho segment. Identify key accounts, prioritize targets, and implement effective sales tactics to drive business growth.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Ortho, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, and key opinion leaders in the dermatology and aesthetics community. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
Product Promotion: Promote our regenerative Ortho products and therapies to healthcare
professionals through presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and educational events. Provide scientific and clinical education to support product adoption and utilization.
Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ortho and aesthetics market, including partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback and insights to support product development, marketing initiatives, and customer
engagement efforts.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, market share, customer acquisition, and retention. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company policies. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Territory : Kolkata
•Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred.
•4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical injectable sales, with a focus on dermatology, aesthetics, or regenerative medicine.
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.
•Strong understanding of the Ortho and aesthetics market, including key stakeholders, treatment trends, and competitive landscape.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth.
•Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
