Job Summary:

As an associate Creative Director at HikeOn, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, creative strategies, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for driving the creative vision, overseeing the development of compelling and memorable campaigns, and ensuring that our creative output aligns with our brand's core values. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and an inspirational leader who can guide our creative team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Provide creative leadership and vision to the creative team, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand values.- Conceptualization: Develop innovative and impactful creative concepts for advertising, branding, product packaging, marketing campaigns, and more.- Campaign Direction: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from ideation and conceptualization to production and delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables.- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative graphic designers.- Brand Development: Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all creative assets.- Efficiency Management: Manage creative projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve creative goals.- Trend and Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and creative storytelling.- Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, reviewing and providing feedback as needed.- Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of creative campaigns and initiatives, analyzing results and providing recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with added experience in leading graphic teams, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.- Proven expertise in visual design, graphic design, branding, packaging, advertising, and multimedia content creation.- Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Canva, and other relevant design tools- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.

Must-Have Skills

- Graphic Design experience- Packaging Experience- E-commerce Domain experience

Good-to-Have Skills

- Amazon A+ content creation- Hands-on and leadership skills managing the team

Working Days:

Mon- Fri - 9 am to 6 pm

*No remote work option is there it is only work from the office.

Based on interview performance and last CTC.
