Role Overview

As Quranium’s Creative Director, you’ll be at the helm of our creative vision, driving the evolution of our visual identity and brand strategy. In collaboration with the Head of Brand Experience, you will transform complex, cutting-edge concepts into visuals that inspire and connect with our global audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented design team, redefine our brand, and set new creative benchmarks that align with Quranium’s revolutionary mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Spearhead Quranium’s creative direction, crafting visually compelling designs that reflect our technological edge and mission.
  • Team Guidance: Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of designers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence to deliver consistently outstanding work.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of design trends through global research, bringing fresh ideas to ensure Quranium remains distinct and cutting-edge.
  • Brand Identity: Refine and elevate Quranium’s brand identity while creating innovative visual frameworks for new products, ensuring a seamless blend of originality and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams across the organization to deliver cohesive, impactful visual solutions that drive engagement and reflect Quranium’s values.


What we are looking for

  • A visionary creative leader with a proven portfolio of innovative and diverse design solutions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in design and creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role guiding creative teams. Experience in the Web3 environment is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in brand identity development and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring and leading creative teams to achieve impactful results.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on design execution.
  • Mastery of global design trends, tools, and technologies, with a forward-thinking creative perspective.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and opportunities for growth.
