It started off as a balance check application and the company has expanded its business model to financial services. The company aims to build a financial platform for the next billion which set the context for loans, utility services, pay later services, and commerce services. The Company's wholly-owned subsidiary True Credits Private Limited, is a licensed NBFC that aims to bridge the financial gap in India by making Finance available for all. True Credits lends through the True Balance mobile application.


J.D : Affiliate Marketing

  • Working with affiliate marketing partners and internal teams to develop online advertising plans
  • Manage affiliate relationships to ensure alignment with businessgoals.
  • Ability to plan, execute monthly plans and target with affiliate partners and ensure they comply with legal and brand guidelines.
  • Managing end-to-end channel ownership and accountability.
  • Developing and managing new and existing partnerships.
  • Maintaining partnership communications.
  • Ability to Manage monthly invoicing and payment process for eachpartner as per the functional process.
  • Have an understanding of using 3rd Party MMP tools to track the channel performance across the funnel events.
  • Should have a data-driven approach in decision making.
  • Observes and assists in the creation, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns for affiliates channel.
  • Beyond Affiliates, experience in native advertising, programmatic advertising, in-app advertising will be an added advantage.
  • Supports coordination and communication regarding ongoing offer and promotional placements between internal and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance and ROI for affiliate channel.
  • Communication & relationship building with affiliate partners.
  • Identifying the right partners, closing commercial deals with good negotiation skills and on-boarding partner with a complete due diligence process.
  • Manage all legal and compliance-related tasks for each partner relationships.
  • Daily tracking of performance numbers and analysing insights to improve performance based on ROI.
  • Should be a Self - starter on initiating task and taking it to completion.
  • Monthly planning for partner wise target and then driving it to achievement with co-
