Position Overview:

As the Affiliate Manager at KAP Digital, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process for performance-based campaigns across multiple geographies. From coordinating with the sales team to optimize client briefs to analyzing affiliate performance metrics, your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, including creative assets, promotional offers, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the internal team on affiliate program performance and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 Years experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and revenue.
  • Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in digital marketing, digital media, CPL, CPI, CPS, CPT, CPR, and campaign management.
