Company Overview:

Moksha Media Group is a media-tech company based in India, US and France that offers a suite of Creative, Production, Digital Marketing, SaaS and Web 3.0 solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our client’s affiliate marketing and other performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, biddable media channels and the ability to drive results through effective partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing & affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Manage affiliate marketing campaigns including identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners and optimizing performance.

Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners providing support and optimizing performance.

Manage biddable media campaigns (e.g., Google ads, Social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop creative assets and promotional materials for campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Proven experience in affiliate marketing with a track record of driving results.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working experience in handling affiliating marketing, publishers management.

Experience in managing a team of affiliate marketers/ publishers.

Knowledge of Mobile measurement platforms (MMP) like Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust etc.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools like MoEngage, CleverTap etc
