Location: Mumbai (Full-Time, On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the national sales team to drive revenue growth in the gynecology segment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including key stakeholders in the IVF/Gyn segment.
Promote the adoption of concept-driven products by engaging in conceptual selling.
Travel as needed to meet customers, attend conferences, and oversee sales operations.
Qualifications:
Experience in the gynecology segment with a multinational company (MNC).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a sales team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage in conceptual selling and articulate the value of unique product offerings.
