Role: Content Lead /Content Head

Location: Chennai

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong production expertise to head Asiaville Tamil's content operations. The ideal candidate will not only drive the creative vision but also bring hands on experience in managing the end-to-end production process from ideation to execution ensuring high quality, impactful content delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·      Serve as Content Head for Asiaville Tamil, with overall content strategy and growth responsibility.

·      Overall charge for creative direction of Asiaville Tamil, with a focus on Microdramas

·      Coming up with a plan and executing monthly microdramas sourcing talent from outside sources.

·      In charge of growth targets across social media platforms and Asiaville's Interactive and Gamified app, AyeVee.

·      Work closely with branded content and sales teams to drive revenue and growth targets across different content verticals.

·      Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment.

·      Shoulder the responsibility for the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the team.

·       Provide operational oversight of all ongoing projects at every stage, including interviews and talent management.

·       Ensure creators, concepts, topics, genres, formats, and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company vision.

·       Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices, with a constant eye on evolving trends in the digital media landscape.

·      Adapt strategy and focus as needed to ensure Asiaville Tamil remains a best-in-class digital native brand with strong revenue prospects.

·       Work closely with internal teams and external freelancers to build a steady flow of projects.

·       Ensure all productions stay within budget through oversight and monitoring throughout the development and production process.

·       Build strong networks to ensure Asiaville works with the right talent for the development and production of series from the industry.

Qualifications for Creative Content Head

·      Digital native content orientation with a strong creative DNA and strategic mindset

·      Thorough understanding of the Microdrama storytelling format

·      Solid production experience to support content execution

·      Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel digital marketing

·      Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals

·      Awareness of OTT and branded content landscapes, along with key trends in the space

·      Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership

·      Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail Eye for scouting for best talents.
