Now we're looking for a
Creative & Content Manager
to help shape the
visual identity, storytelling, and hype
of AMP18. If you live and breathe events, social media trends, and aesthetics — you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    creative direction
    of AMP18's events across digital & physical touchpoints.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit
    content for socials (Reels, TikToks, aftermovies, posters, trailers)
    .
  • Collaborate with DJs, artists, and influencers to co-create content.
  • Design event
    branding, themes, and visuals
    that stand out (posters, stage designs, IG promos).
  • Build and execute a
    content calendar
    across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Capture
    live event content
    (or manage creators) to make sure the vibe is documented and amplified.
  • Experiment with new formats, meme culture, trending audios, and innovative campaign ideas.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in
    content creation
    (video editing, social media management, design).
  • Familiar with tools like
    Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    Gen-Z trends, memes, and music culture
    .
  • Prior experience in events, nightlife, music, or entertainment (bonus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage
    multiple projects at once
    and deliver under deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who can balance
    brand aesthetics with viral growth hacks
    .
