Job Summary:
The Creative Lead is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative ideas that enhance the brand's identity and storytelling. This role involves leading the design and content team, ensuring high-quality visuals, videos, and campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing engaging visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Oversee photo and video shoots, including scripting, directing, and editing guidance.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring design standards and tone of voice are maintained.
- Develop innovative ideas for storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
- Supervise designers, videographers, and content creators, providing feedback and creative direction.
- Stay updated with design, media, and marketing trends to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns.
- Plan and manage timelines for multiple creative projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers for design or production requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or brand design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent visual, conceptual, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in photography, videography, or social media content creation is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Probation Period: 3 months
