Job Description

As a VP - Investment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investmentopportunities -Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities including market analysis, financial modelling, and assessing growth potentialLead investment transactions from sourcing to closing, including negotiating deal terms, structuring investment agreements, and coordinating legal and financial due diligence processesLead the development of investment thesis, execute deals, and negotiate term sheets and investment agreements.Continuously monitor the performance of portfolio companies, provide strategic guidance, and support their growth initiativesMonitor and analyse portfolio performance, identifying key value creation opportunities and potential risksCollaborate with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including fund-raising, partnerships, and market expansionCultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors to enhance deal flow and access to high-quality investment opportunities
