Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Social Tantrums. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using digital marketing tools, social media and advertising platforms to identify qualifying leads and converting them to potential clients. Supporting the team to achieve business growth and developing effective lead generation strategies in the target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients in the market using various tools and databases.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential leads through social media platforms, emails, calls and networking events.
Lead Qualification
Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target profiles.
Coordinate with the sales team to guide leads through the sales funnel.
Social Media & other Platforms
Leverage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Google Ads Campaigns
Utilize Google Ads to support lead generation efforts by running targeted ad campaigns.
CRM Management
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, timely information on lead interactions, pipeline stages, and activity history.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, client demands, and competitor strategies.
Sales Strategy Development
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that improve lead conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with potential clients to drive engagement and trust, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Social Media, Google AdWords to generate leads.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
