Senior Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of PMMs for Concierto marketing in Bangalore
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and positioning for the product portfolio
  • Drive inputs into the product strategy and product roadmap to meet business goals
  • Define product functionality and positioning together with Product Engineering teams
  • Work closely with s customer needs and identify strategic engagements
  • Coordinate outbound campaigns to include creative use of content marketing/social media/blogs/ internet and participation in events
  • Coordinate product collateral, sales training materials, and success stories/references. Regularly train and interact with the sales channel
  • Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and market trends
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote products
  • Managed product launches and coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and design for marketing campaigns
  • Expect around 20% travel


Requirements:

  • Team management experience is mandatory. Experience of managing 2-3 PMMs is ideal.
  • Experience in the cloud marketing field will be advantageous
  • Product/ Services Marketing experience with 4-5 years of marketing for a cloud product or services
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, product launch, and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative teams
