Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Manager at KindlyHealth

Location: Sec 39, Unitech Cyber Park, Gurugram

Responsibilities:(D2C brand experience is must 1-2 years)

  • Strategize Growth:
  • Create and implement innovative strategies to boost e-commerce revenue and scale operations.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Lead and optimize high-budget ad campaigns on various platforms to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor, analyze, and interpret key e-commerce metrics, using insights to enhance performance and address challenges.
  • Seamless Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Should have worked with Big brands

  • From Health care, the beauty brand sector is a plus point.

  • Experience:

  • 1-2 years in D2C e-commerce with a proven record of driving growth and scaling businesses.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong skills in ad management, budget optimization, and advanced data analytics tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional numerical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams, drive collaboration, and take ownership of deliverables.

  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Education:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech from top institutions (IITs/NITs preferred); MBA from a reputed college is an added advantage.
  • Good with Analytics skills

  • Should be good with Mathematics and Numbers
